progress ubdate on ewc lng hub, pagbilao, page-4

Hi Shamish,

The contract EWC have with Slipform to build Sengkang LNG Plant is a "Fixed & Firm Lump Sum Price Contract".

The half yearly again states that site work has commenced, yet in the costings in the half yearly report there is no mention of a progress payment to Slipform for the work they have completed on site.

Does this mean that Slipform will get paid in full when the project is complete OR that no work has been done on site that a progress payment can be signed off.

The fact that EWC have not issued a statement in regards to that West article is a concern.
