Ann: Change in substantial holding from WNI , page-8

The last few days have given them just over 16 million shares from the two Ex Directors,Norgard and Paterson.
I think it will get a lot harder for Wah Nam from here on in.
There has to be something in it you would think for the Ex Directors to sell to Wah Nam,rather than sell on market.
They must be relying on very good announcements otherwise to get some kind of incentive bonus for helping to get Wah Nam to 90%,Rail Deal and Bigger Resource from tenements.

If there is an incentive of some kind in it for Norgard and Paterson,it should have been included in Annual General Meeting announcements.Surely they can not give incentive style bonuses to Ex Directors without announcing it to share holders to agree to it.
