They dont know their asses from their faces - if they did they wouldnt be going on tv trying to takes guesses where things go. This filling the gap concept is never ever a rule - if it touches 1.14 then youll go it had to fill the gap - however something dramatic may have happened to one of MADS projects - so is it technical or fundamental?
