As if FWA hadn't been told by THEIR legal department it was not the territory of the Commonwealth DPP!!! why then did they send this report to them?

Fair Work Australia is a Government arm. If there this naive - not to have known this was not the right path - then they should be disbanded. And they've had plenty of fore-warning this report was due.

Just one more stalling tactic to keep Gillard in power as long as humanly possible.
