Or is it just that easy money has to find a home somewhere. With QE(insert number) going on in the US, property depressed, yields on bonds and deposits amounting to nothing, then makes their stockmarket the least worst option to park $US domestically. If you want to play offshore with $US then our relatively high yielding bonds and deposits feeding into a cycle of strong currency makes those options a safer bet than our stockmarket.
