To help you out on the dilema you have, the answer is NO , we are not the only ones on that area.

If you use the GIS system from the rrc,tx site you can see what well is what.

The solid green dots are established wells. The blue one with a stoke in it are DRY WELLS. The other blue dots that are not solid are other wells yet to be drilled and approved by rrc,tx and are other operators.

We are very surrounded by Pioneer and Laredo.
