If that is the price then they should offer it to current holders of WHN FIRST and whatever is left over then that can be offered to the others that want to get in all of a sudden. This should not be offered to broker institutions that suggested a buy of up to 5.5 cents about 1 week - 2 weeks ago. Reason being is IMO too close to the CR ann. Just like there is restrictions on directors there should be restrictions on broker institutions . This should clear some of the market from doing unethical practices IMO. These so called sophs and insti buyers had the opportunity to buy over the last couple of months at a price that was around what is supposedly being offered. Why should the current holders of WHN take a back seat. Lets see what there is to be offered tomorrow.
