    Very good question, well asked.

    But I guess the answer is self evident - more pressing local matters to attend to..

    It's all a mess, and there have been, and are, options aplenty being dished out (noses in the trough), but I'm reasonably confident value will out in the short to medium term.

    I think Toronto can wait until the natives have settled down a bit?
