GENERAL: FCG: FONTERRA MANAGEMENT CHANGE
Fonterra Co-operative Ltd said today that its Group Human Resources Director
Jennifer Kerr would be leaving the Co-operative at the end of April.
CEO Theo Spierings said: "Jennifer Kerr has made an important contribution to
Fonterra over the past six years, particularly in the area of staff
engagement, improving our Health and Safety performance and the development
of the Co-operative's vision and values.
"Jennifer has chosen to leave the organisation at this time and can take
pride in the role she has played in positioning Fonterra for its future."
A new appointment will be made in due course.
