That might have been before QR indicated they wanted to build a rail line past the place, which would change the prospects for anyone other than RIO or FMG, being the Chinese, Vale, Anglo, Indians etc.
This delay may allow a new bid from these parties, as they will have time to analyse and put together a bid. Only a chance on this of course.
