a strong defence for centro

Hi guys,

I sent the below to Centro last night, which they said they would pass onto relevant management handling the matter.

I reckon it is a very strong defence and PWC have no leg to stand on...

Thoughts?

Hi Centro,

I have been keeping abreast of the current class action and I note that PWC has been claiming that Centro compromised the audit by not supplying PWC with all required information.

If that were the case, PWC would have raised exception to this in the 2007 annual audit report.

The audit opinion was unqualified and no going concern issues noted. Please see below

Any issues with the audit would have been noted in the report accordingly.

I have not noted any reference to the audit report as an annexure to Centro’s defence.

I just want to ensure Centro is aware of this as it is a very strong defence.
