Gunshow, historically most options don't get converted. Suffice to say some will convert if the next 2 or 3 quarters gives them reason to do so. Whilst others will try to trade out or cut losses.

Regarding tighter company don't back it in a CR is the likely road to take if & when CCC decides to acquire coke. It would be here some option holders will bailout as the smarties will run it up just like before.
