Glyn does have his non-disclosure obligations down to a fine art, this I'm sure no one would argue, however I often wonder how much time is required to seek sign-off permission for some announcements where required from the partner company.

I posted a non-disclosure draft agreement for the pharmaceutical industry a few weeks back which included a clause for public announcements stating that legal divisions of the partnering company are allocated a 30 day approval period which may be extended for an additional 30 days under certain conditions before information relating to any details between the partnership can be made public?

This is not to suggest that such a clause exists in any of OBJ's current NDA's with partner company's, but it does make one wonder, as these agreements are covered by International Law which over-ride stock market participant rulings...
