You need two EGM's. You can't have a scenario where all the existing directors are up for removal and all the proposed new directors are up for election.

You could conceivably have a situation where all the existing directors will be voted out and all the proposed new directors not accepted. Where would the company be then.

Suggest you do your homework and read the corps act. Your playing a dangerous game trying to influence others for support of your movement and need to understand many investors follow and read your posts which have a bearing on their investment decisions even though this is probably not your intention.
