All CTP's board want to do at this moment is delay, delay, delay.
So they will try to find ANY reason not to accept the Requisition of Meeting notice is in their favour.
I'm sure we've all seen enough about lawyers to know how easy it is to find something to challenge about such a submission, if that's what you want to do.
In the end, it's meaningless. The board will face dismissal at the AGM, and that is a deadline they cannot delay or avoid.
