You still have not answered the simple question Mr Fang.

Why would Directors seek SH approval and arrange payment to themselves for providing such a 'service' if there was not going to be some form of CR.

While I agree a CR to a major international player would be very +ve it still amazes me that we are expected to pay the Directors so much for a service that we will probably also have to pay outside advisors/consultants for as well. Sure they are entitled to a directors fee but it appears that the directors believe they should also be paid normal directors fees on top of the $1.2m each.
