The ASX is littered with suchcompanies ..Companies headed up by talentless hacks who are big on bluster, spin and personal reward but very low on ability and delivery.It has been my experience that, almost without exception, the companies with the glossy presentations, the webcasts, the video interviews etc are the ones you should run a mile from.

With regard to the share price, the pattern is always the same.Institutions take part in capital raisings, realise they've been had, and then dump no matter what the price because they have no emotional attachment and its not their money they are losing
