The board and management have not delivered that simple. They should all move over.
No lessons seem to have been learnt at all.
Would look into the "fine print of the so called "underwriting agreement " prior to investing . Prospectus doesn't seem to give a minimum amount to be raised, it only talks about raising and "approximate amount " to be raised . In the event of a shortfall and the underwriting agreement falling away....what then ?
