I believe eqx are in for the long haul, they have set up many employees, have a great repoire with the community/government and are looking to build a mine, the granting of 100% ownership on recent leases demonstrates their strength.
In saying this everyone has their price, but they will gather some jorc numbers from both projects, and with current advantages already noted, $4.50 will be achievable, all by itself, any takeout price upon successful jorc ann's would be in the $5 plus range
