Sorry to disappoint you, but the reality is that germainst was being very kind in saying that there was a decimal point missing in your figures...

I think where you started going wrong was using 0.5% (i.e., percent) gold rather than 0.5 g/t (i.e., grams per tonne) gold. If Andewa was grading 0.5% gold, we'd all by extremely rich by now ! ...

0.5% gold equates to 5,000 g/t gold, which would be right up there with the richest gold deposits on the planet !

So unfortunately you may need to stick to milking cows for just a little bit longer...
