Agree that it looks like Osaka were trying to distance themselves and were unsuccessful. Now they must throw their resources behind Nexus to ensure that they take Sedco for as much as they can. I mean $67M and nothing committed, nothing lost, unable to deliver as rig not fit & another customer wanting to use the rig - has to be a trumped up spurious use of legal process as an excuse for not delivering. Costs plus damages now against Sedco.
