I have to agree to just hire a proffesional to come in and bang it out, no offence intended but the average home owner hasnt a clue, they will waste their money and the job will look like crap, they will then hire a company to undo the mess and do it right. Save your money, frustration and time.
The moral of the story is just hire a proffesional that knows whats going on, get 3 estimates and if you get a really cheap price i will tell you now DONT hire the cheap guy, hire the painter thats in the middle. A cheap price will ensure you a crap job
