There MUST be something in the wind.

Our CR for $7 million was the minimum amount (15%) that could be mustered without shareholder approval.

Everyone here is aware that 7 million is not going to fund a hell of a lot in reality.

Maybe our best JV proposal requires shared costs on infill seismic and now we have raised the cash a JV can be finally announced?

Remember we went from 2 multi billion dollar interested parties to 3 last week, perhaps this 3rd party was happy to sign a deal that allowed us to retain a better share of the project than the other proposals but without a cash component and an agreement to share equal costs of infill seismic to firm up drilling sites?

Pure conjecture of course.
