As I've asked Hairy, what crystal ball are you using to say the options won't be in the money?

The options were in the money, back in December 2010 and January 2011.

If people are picking them up for 4 cents at the moment, the share price only needs to get to 55 cents for them to be in the money. 55 cents is achievable in the next 10 months, wouldn't you say?
