if you listen to the story Toyota is funding them into production to the tune of $602M and they are bypassing the pre-feasibility stage and going straight to the bankable feasibility

I am sure that's what I heard ...

the good thing from NTU's point is that in return Toyota will take all the heavy rare earth Matamec can produce .... vertical integration

this is only the beginning, and there will be similar deals where multi national blue chips fund small heavy rare earth exploration companies into production in order to secure supply of raw material from a source other than China... but the market is not limitless ... and NTU need to be one of the first 3 in order to secure the best deal they can for the benefit of all shareholders

there is no point having a high grade world class heavy rare earth resource if you can't get it into production - NTUs capable management team knows that, and they are doing everything they can to expedite the path to production
