Yes, a good off-take agreement would make the difference.
Yes, I like TNG too for long-term. I was with LCY and Indians came in for 50% and since then they seem to have been fiddling and giving vague promises. The Chinese ECE can be like that too with vague promises to GBE holders. So whoever invests in THR had better give clear deals.
I must say, you are boldly putting it on the line with your predictions for THR. It will be interesting to see how it pans out.
