The deal for installation on 1m Android handsets probably represents a year's projected sales of android from D.Phone.
I think there are no figures because D. Phone are not paying, the revenue will come from lottery or users subscribing to premium SMS services.
I regard deal to be worth $1m pa to SMA with a long tail
