Good find Chuck13 ...Not being a student of Russian Law I don't know what the chances of reversal is ...but it appears on the face of it that they MMK are fighting hard to re-instate bid for FMS. Which is good news... Now maybe the trading halt will contain news on the success or failure of this attempt.
