IMHO, the word "implementation" implies the Scheme of Arrangement's details require changes. Otherwise MMK is in breach of it. I doubt that they want to include "IF" clauses concerning Egorova's injunction into the Scheme. I expect Egorova is under pressure to drop her law suit against MMK. Especially since Egorova's investment in MMK is only $55,000 and the banks are loosing $120,000 interest for every day Egorova delays the TO. Also, FMS can gazump MMK and sell FMS to China if MMK is in breach of the Scheme Arrangement.
