Mmm......... I suspect that there is more to our minority shareholder than it appears. What I cannot understand is why this has gone down the court path (2 goes at it) without MMK becoming aware earlier. Surely she would have contacted the company with her concerns and possible action? Surely the initial request would have been brought to the attention of MMK? The alternative is more likely in that it suits MMK to have this issue appear right now. There is too much talk and media about "funding" this purchase. It does appear that it is not a done deal. Not saying the deal wont go through but O think there is sufficient doubt now. At least to warrant .25 versus .30 TO. If it goes belly up then the SP will correct to high teens. Otherwise we will be back to .295. The announcement will be interesting!
