jackpot that is true but why is the whole 140 mill not being advanced in one sum and what about the rest of the money they still have to pay.was it another 26 mill?
It all gets back to reporting what is happening yes 140 mill but not all at once and that is not what either party said in their original announcements.
They may make money soon but will we?
