Do you think it will even get them into 2013 ?

If the company had only been listed on AIM , then shareholder approval would not even have been required for even this massive dilution . That is why I tend to stick to TSX and ASX now .

In PHE's defence , Europe is a cluster with Western Europe living a fantasy thinking it can satisfy it's energy needs with renewables . The only countries with the slightest sense of reality are those from the former sovient block which PHE is targetting .

PHE are still focussed and if they pull this off will make us a bundle of money so I'm not giving up all hope .

However , who will want to buy this share now given the precedent which has been set for massive future dilution ?
