The problem with quick analysis of BHP is that you have to weigh up the scenario of worst against best and which part of worst is real and best is real according to global news that can change quickly.
BHP'S being the biggest miner in the world has some very distinctive trade patterns that smart investors can take advantage of and make a return better than the money in the bank for the period of time.
If BHP took a dive to $23.00 dollars the world would have to be in real dire straits which is the worst fear scenario, and i'm sure the out of the market potential buyers would be rubbing their hands togeather, but then if it went to $23.00 then you would have to consider $19.00 wouldn't be either.
I think it's still good value at the momment, i bought yesterday just above $34.00, if it goes lower today i'll buy more. Gee at $23.00 it could be a takeover target.
