    DTR- EDFT market the coal to all buyers, including the Indians & CIL if they are in the market for RB1 coal. Remember that CCC's first shipment from Ferreira went on the Aquabella to India:

    In any case, CIL looking to buy 10m tonnes of imported coal will help put a floor under international prices.
