Shifty - nothing of financial consequence that many others copped when they appeared to be misdirected by Anns that when read in a differing light profered innuendo and ambiguity. I suggest you (and anyone else comtemplating a punt on GDN) go back and read threads on this board up to 5 years ago - go back read the Anns of drilling the Paradox holes at Golden Eagle. Always interesting reading in hindsight. I read here recently that new management is the new light for GDN. To put out such similarly written Anns recently as they have done in the past can only conclude the same person is writing them. The writing style is the same - lots of innuendo but very short on actuals. Those taking an informed punt on GDN i truly wish them well but I do hope your postings remain factual - not ramping here on this forum or on Daytrader forums - trying to suck short-term or poorly educated investors in buying GDN based on innuendo. BTW Rosy, why not Ann you have raised the $2.7mill with a follow-up in the same Ann you are awaiting SH approval for a further $3mill cap raising?? This would keep the waters far less muddy. What happens if the SP drops back under 1.5 - would the sophs still be committed to paying 1.8 when they can buy them cheaper on the open market if and when management get SH approval? My sentiment has always been "None" posted with "No Position" - my aim is not to influence whether punters buy or sell, just to ensure they are making informed decisions based on fact not innuendo!! All just my opinion of course - please do your own research thoroughly especially when it comes to GDN.
