I have to bite - really I should have let it pass but you are so interesting.
This is a forum for sharing information, a guy has nicely asked a question asking me to clarify a point I had previously made and I answered it whilst pointing to an actual NXS ASX release.
So what is "Absolute nonsense. Dredging the bottom of the river for that nonsense." - it is FACT.
Maybe you misunderstand - to be sure I am not saying that $180m is the liability - I am merely restating what the company has released as an original contract value.
So $180m for the rig, approx $80m long lead items that NXS bought from Cameron and actually own = $260m of the original contract value. Clearly they avoided circa $48m of capex.
Not too hard really.
