Yes I do hold some upwego. I didn't mean Rod should leave altogether. What I meant was, step down as CEO/MD and appoint someone else. Rod will still be involved in the deal making, marketing etc or Chairman or whatever .... anything BUT CEO is what I/and a fair few others are after.
