I was talking to a friend in the oil and gas industry today and mentioned Beach and Shale. He said that he and a few analysts at a afillated merchant bank didn't see how it would be economical for BPT to extract shale gas form the cooper. Hence in their reports they place no value on it and instead see it as a large sucker of cash.
Takes all sorts i suppose . Isn't it $7-$9 mj for it to be profitable for beach.
PS they thought the rest of Beach looked ok.
