    SI234,

This is just one tactic a seller may use to disguise the fact that he/she is selling stock in large chunks, say 50k or 100k @ 18c & then insantly buying as little as 1 share @ 18.5c so that the last price (18.5c) appears to be unaltered. This occurred all day & they must have sold 1.5 million into the 18c line without causing too much fear/panick. There are also Huge Fake Bids. For instance, a certain stock closed yesterday @ 11c. Today, it opened @ 10c amidst all the fear & panick. Meanwhile, Mr. Biggs strategically places a fake 1 million sell bid @ 10c to scare the market even more while he accumulates at 9.8c. When he gets his fill, he removes his fake bid. Tomorrow or some later day, traders may be trying to cover their shorts @ 10.5c. Simple, obvious market manipulation.

You can't report this sort of activity can you?
