Hamish & Jason have certain living standards, you know?
Plus they're trying to give the company away as quickly
as possible before the PRH shareholders meeting.

They have given up their office to Hamish's Bathurst & moved into cheaper digs. They might as well merge their office with SLR's. Their mateship with Davis will undo them.
The PRH board are clearly not acting in the interests of PRH shareholders, and are bent on giving PRH to Les.
And they think they will get away with it, lol.
Not going to happen.... :-)
