At least re the commissioning i think this is the best you will ever get from a director. they are not technically involved in commissioning, and usually whenever they ask the managers of those that are they will be told everything is going well regardless. Youll never get the true story unless you catch the commissioning engineers at the gate on the way out. Boils down to the same old thing- if you believe they can actually achieve productoin without going bankrupt
