Only that anecdotally people have said that govt were trying to fast track and finish off as many outstanding permits as possible- this was prob 12 months ago.
SRM couldnt be signed off because of the disagreement with the Inidigenous people so hopefully this abates this concern.
I think there may have been a new government which might have complicated things. The govt is trying to change the royalties agreements in the Phillipines (Xstrata is fighting it) so hopefully it isnt more hoops to jump through.
Like all governments though i guess dont count your chickens...
