The technical language isn't confusing me because there isn't any. It is so vague that its a wonder coal expert with 50 years combined experience released it.
They would have been better just releasing it instead of going into a trading halt and build everyone's expectations.
They should hire a PR firm to help with their communication skills. Not sure if FTI Consulting are assisting with this but it was a poorly worded announcement to say the least.
