Ugh? On the PAX thread I spoke about the Kyrgyz and Puga tenements in the past tense, as projects where pax had failed to do something. PAX was earning in up to 65% in Kyrgyz Republic and some done some ground work, then they backed out, sometime end of 2009 I think. They may yet do the same with Indo as they are following the same pattern; talk of great temperature gradients, favourable off-takes, world bank funding - then the project folds.
You do remember PAX was in the Kyrgyz Republic don't you?
