I did significant research when I invested through Q4 last year

I remained aware of the total program, but became disillusioned with the apparent change in direction

This was compounded by the lack of response from HQ

These matters have now been resolved, and I have now been able to focus on the key points

I have reasoning behind the change in direction, and silence, that I can accept
