I acknowledge what you are saying. It is certainly true that Target Prices are just that..... a target that may or may not be reached. Or a target that has to be adjusted as time goes by and circumstances change.
I was merely interested to point out that if 2 cents was seen as a target price a few weeks ago we were well on the way to achieving that.
Yes it is immaterial to what actually happens
