Wouldn't it be nice to know just what has been going on since Jason and Co have been running PRH??? Clearly PRH just thumbs its nose at reporting requirements and as the relevant authorities couldn't care a damn about shareholders of small companies. The chance of them being bought to order is zilch. The way I see it, any company that takes over the likes of PRH using dubious practices as appears is happening. Makes that purchasing company management not much better than the scum management at PRH who have aided and abetted the deal. Is this, what is termed as White Collar Crime? Sure starting to smell like it to me.
