Hi Kacey, I'm not suggesting that, however what I am suggesting is that Elena has nothing to lose, MMK do. The legal proceedings and costs I can only assume would be comparable with AUS $ costs, in which case it would not surprise me if MMK presnet a figure that is substancial.

Mind you, I know nothing about The Russian Court systems. But I do know that here, if you want closure and completion so both parties can move on with their lives, exorbitant out of court settlements are not out of the question. It reflects my earlier comment..clearly Elena has a figure in mind, or would not have proposed diminished value as a shareholder, as her case. If I were a cunning lass, I would waiting near the phone until MMK sweat it out, bite the bullet and agree.

I am in total agreeance with your comments however. FMS would not go to all this effort and expediate the process just to be shafted now..it does them and us a great dis-service.
