yeah that old thing that has done nothing.

keep the SP down here so any placement wont seem so discounted, start drilling and let the placement holders dump AGAIN into any news, round and round in circles then it falls back and it's all done again again. They should have had support and kept it up then placed shares higher, this is an insult to holders and almost is withholding news until they get things formalised, any news might move the SP until they are ready. if its the case then it stinks and i and others will dump every share on news.
