I think that Rodd is really going to try now and focus on developing a strong board with experience in the advertising industry. I would love to see someone from DEFI or Clear Channel be invited onto the board, i think it is on the cards personally.....

I dont think it would be a bad thing to replace the UK Director either as he has been virtually silent since his appointment. I dont think he has bought a single share and did not even attend the companies AGM last year.

Rodd has been shouldering virtually the entire burdon of getting Lumacom off the ground since its inception, the guy really needs support from experienced, pro active, switched on individuals. I would ask that shareholders get off his back and show him support as I know for a fact he is placing the company's welfare before all else at the present time and is committed to strengthening the board and ensuring the future success of the company.
